RED ROOF INN ACCOMMODATIONS:
From Avis Rent a car we will drive to the Red Roof Inn Buffalo / Hamburg NY – 20 miles. Make you reservations early at www.redroof.com or call 1- 800- REDROOF. We will stay here two nights and we will fish local tributaries for Steelhead and much more.

On November 3rd, we will fish all day (or half day) and then travel to Dollinger's Motor Inn located in Albion NY (70 Miles from the Red Roof Inn in Hamburg NY) where we will stay one night and fish the Oak all day on Sunday November 4th on our own.

On November 4th, we will fish on our own at Oak Creek. (With the help of Al & Wolfgang we can hopefully use the facilities at St Mary’s Archery Club).
On November 5th, we return the vans to Rochester Airport and depart Rochester at 11:40 AM on Jet Blue. We arrive at JFK at 12:52 PM.
GUIDE SERVICE:

Guide service is THE MOST expensive part of our trip – We have tentatively booked
all-day Guide Service for November 2nd and November 3rd. As stated above
on November 4th we will be on our own.
Guide service is $186.75 is per person per day and includes rods, spey rods, flies, waders, wading boots, lunch, photos of all fish caught and a take-home CD of our trip. |
From September through the following may, trophy size fish migrating from lake Ontario and lake Erie can be found in Western New York tributaries. We will be fishing these waters “the Cattaraugus” & The “Buffalo South Branch” are two such tributaries. The
crown jewel of these tributaries is the steelhead which averages six to ten pounds and is full of explosive power. Steelhead can be found from mid- September through early May with October and November representing the
prime months. We will be fishing Prime Time!!
Guide normally costs $225.00 per person per day. LIFR members receive a 17% discount for
a total of $186.75 per person per day or $373.50 per person for 2 days.
